One down, seven to go.....
There's only 7 more weeks until I'm done with my Spring Semester.  In a week, I will be 1/4 of the way done with my classes!

I know that I said that I would be working on "The Master's Chronicles".  I haven't really gotten around to it.  I have either been too busy or  it's some other lame excuse that I use.  I still need to gather some more ideas before I start that book.  I want to create the map of Copia, complete with all the major villages, towns, and cities.  I also need to create more characters for the story.  I want this story to be as free of mistakes as possible.  A flawless masterpiece.  I mean, "Lord of the Rings" wasn't written poorly, was it?

Switching tracks, I have recently heard that my book at Barnes & Noble is in.  I was going to buy "The Indwelling" but the jacket was mangled.  My mom said that she was going to buy that book but it was in that condition.  That was back in December.  I can't believe that they would keep that book on the shelf for 5 months!  I mean, no one will buy that book if it's in that condition! With that, I showed them that book and they ordered me another copy since they didn't have any other one in stock.  I think that I may be picking up that book today.

I don't really have much homework to do for today.  I guess I'll just find something to do.  I want to make sure that I use my time wisely.....

You shouldn't think too much when you write. I've been learning that myself and in this one book Immediate Fiction the guy says the first draft or several drafts...is well going to be...crap. I should know. ^^ You have your good days and then your not so good days writing. Just don't worry when you sit down to write and just write.

For me I have to plan my book out, some writers take years doing this. i hope I don't. I am coming up with scene by scene but not a 'detailed' scene timeline thingy. Like if something changes while writing, I'll go with the flow and come back to it later to see if it is needed.

The best thing that helped my writing improve over the years was just reading as many writing books as possible. Immediate Fiction is great by the way. And How to Grow a Novel. But I recomend Immediate Fiction most of all. Every writer should have a copy.
